Sue is a Master Executive Coach and founder of Smart Coaching and Mentoring. With over 30 years’ experience as a business leader and coach, Sue's passion is to enable people to fulfil their true potential.

Sue’s extensive organisational, training and coaching experience, enables her to fully understand organisational, leadership and coach challenges and therefore add value to their development journey, whether at a strategic, personal or skill level.

Sue currently works globally with individual coaches, large organisations and academic institutions, supporting them with executive coaching, coach and mentor training and supervision.

Sue is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching and a member of the Global Fellow Leadership team. She is also an Accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and was responsible for leading the team to redevelop the EMCC Mentoring programme. In addition, Sue supports EMCC in a volunteer capacity as a global accreditation coach and mentor and mentor for newly qualified coaches. 

Sue holds a post graduate certificate in Senior Executive Coaching and Mentoring and partners with Fiona Porter, to deliver dual accredited coach and mentor training programmes up to postgraduate level. 

Smart Coaching and Mentoring is an Approved Training Provider with the Association for Coaching Training.

Sue is an accredited Coaching Signatures Supervisor and is also accredited to use a wide range of behavioural profiling tools.

Fiona is founder of FP Training Ltd and partners with Sue Brown to deliver coach and mentor training.

Fiona has a wealth of experience in learning and development having worked in the field for over 30 years. Fiona is a leadership coach and is a passionate believer in the power of coaching and mentoring and the difference it can make to individuals, teams and organisations.

Fiona discovered the power of coaching and mentoring over 15 years ago when she trained with the world-class coaching school, Barefoot Coaching, gaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching from Chester University. Fiona has worked with organisations across all sectors and globally, delivering workshops, facilitating training for coaches and mentors and is an Approved ILM Provider providing accreditation in Coaching & Mentoring up to Level 7.

Fiona is Chartered Fellow of CIPD and an ICF ACC qualified coach. She is also a qualified MHFA and a Practitioner in EQi & EQ360 Emotional Intelligence assessments. She is a member of EMCC’s Mentoring Programme Project Team, helping to deliver and develop the programme, in addition to leading the EMCC mentoring special interest group, volunteering  as a mentor and coach with the Princes Trust, CIPD and EMCC UK.
