UNIT 1 Understanding the Skills, Principles and Practice of Effective Coaching and Mentoring within an Organisational Context.
UNIT 2 Undertaking Effective Coaching or Mentoring within an Organisational Context
UNIT 3 Reviewing Own Ability as a Coach or Mentor within an Organisational Context
CERTIFICATE Undertake a minimum of 18 hours of effective coaching or mentoring within an organisational context with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 individuals
DIPLOMA Undertake a minimum of 54 hours of effective coaching or mentoring within an organisational context with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 9 individuals
UNIT 1 Understanding the Principles and Practice of Effective Coaching and Mentoring at a Senior and Executive Level
UNIT 2 Reflecting on Your Ability to Perform Effectively as a Coach or Mentor at a Senior and Executive Level
UNIT 3 Reflecting on Your Ability to Perform Effectively as a Coach or Mentor at a Senior and Executive Level
CERTIFICATE Undertake 20 hours of formal coaching or mentoring at a senior and executive level with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 individuals
DIPLOMA Undertake a minimum of 60 hours of formal coaching or mentoring at a senior and executive level with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 9 individuals
There is an opportunity after an extended period of coaching to gain individual accreditation with the Association for Coaching. We offer extended support within the first year through our Development Hub for learners to achieve this accreditation.
